Please ensure that pets are secured and any delicate surrounding property is protected prior to our arrival.

We do not accept hazardous materials, including chemicals, bio-medical waste, asbestos, or lead-based paints. Disposal of certain heavy items or electronic waste may be subject to additional environmental handling fees. By booking our services, you agree to these limitations and our local disposal guidelines.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Respecting your agenda is key. To keep bookings optimized for clients in Dayton, Crosby, Liberty, Baytown, and Houston, we use a firm policy so our crew can quickly assist others if your plans change and you cancel.

To obtain a full reimbursement, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you modify your schedule with less than a day's notice, a $50 processing fee may be charged, or you can opt for a full service credit available across Dayton, Crosby, Liberty, Baytown, and Houston. While we don't provide refunds for finished work, if our performance falls short in the Houston or Liberty areas, reach out within 48 hours for a service review and possible partial refund or fix.
